About the role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telesales & Call Center Executive to communicate with potential customers, promote our services, answer inquiries, and achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
What you’ll do

Make outgoing calls to potential and existing customers

Explain products, services, and promotional offers clearly

Answer customer questions and provide accurate information

Follow up with interested customers and generate sales

Maintain customer records and update call information

Handle customer concerns professionally

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Submit regular call and performance reports-
What we’re looking for
-
HSC or bachelor’s degree from any discipline
-
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English

Basic computer and data-entry skills
-
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
-
Previous telesales or call-center experience is preferred

Freshers with good communication skills may apply
